3.3 Preview Interface

After pausing or scanning, you can click the Play Button on the left panel to expand the folders or categories. This helps you navigate through the scanned results and locate certain files or folders to preview and recover.

Preview Full List of Scanned Results

On the right side of the Preview interface, you can see the full list of scanned results organized under folders or categories. Each file in the list includes information:

• Name
• Date
• Type
• Size
• Details (if any)

When you click on these tabs, you will see a triangle icon above them. Click on this icon to re-order the list to your needs.

Previewing Individual Files (Photo, Document, Webfiles…)

Right-click the file and select “Preview” to preview individual files before recovering them. RecoveryFox AI now supports previewing a wide range of file formats including images, documents, and webfiles.

Click the > icon or drag the gray slider below to view more options.
