4.4 Recover Files from Internal Drives

RecoveryFox AI features powerful and sophisticated algorithms capable of searching and reconstructing data from an internal drive efficiently on Windows. Step 1. Select the Affected Internal Drive

Launch the smart data recovery software. On the internal drive list, select the drive from which your data lost and click it to start scanning.

Step 2. Scan the Internal Drive

The tool will first perform Quick Scan to quickly search for lost files across the selected area. After a quick scan, AI Scan will continue for a deeper and more precise searching.

RecoveryFox AI will show you the scan results by “File Path” and “File Type”.

The scanning process may take several minutes or hours, primarily depending on the size of the hard disk and the amount of data stored on it.

Step 3. Preview and Recover Files

After scanning, you can preview the files before recovery. RecoveryFox AI allows previewing a variety of popular video, audio, image, and document formats.

To quickly locate needed files, you can apply the filters “Modified Date” or “File Size”. Also, you can try searching for the file name and extension in the search box.

Then, select one file or all of them and click “Recover” to reconstruct your valuable data.
